    No, each person can open a maximum of one account with SCX.

  • Can I use SCX if I am from …?

    As a Swiss based company, SCX is governed by Swiss law. Depending on your country of residence, you may not be able to use all the functions of the Site. We are required by law to block transactions involving residents of countries that are on Swiss or US watch lists. At this time, these for example include Iran, North Korea, Syria and North Sudan.  In addition, currently we do not allow residents from the US, Canada and Australia to use all functions of the Site.   • I am not able to trade my cryptocurrencies

    There are several reasons which may be hindering you to execute a trade. The following reasons may solve your problem. If not, please contact us at support@scx.ch

     

    • The user is not verified yet
      • The verification can take up to 48 hours
    • The balance is to low
      • Upload credit to the account.
    • You are logged in from another IP-address

  • What is the SCX Account?

    The SCX is being used to buy and sell cryptocurrencies on the SCX platform. In order for you to sell cryptocurrencies you need to transfer your Cryptocurrencies from your Main Account to the SCX account. You can do this in the Portfolio Section for each Coin or Token. Only the Coins and Tokens in the SCX Account can be used for trading.

  • What is the Main Account?

    Each customer of SCX will receive his own Main Account. On the Main Account are only the Coins and Tokens of each individual customer stored. In order for you to sell cryptocurrencies you need to transfer your Cryptocurrencies from your Main Account to the SCX account. You can do this in the Portfolio Section for each Coin or Token. Only the Coins and Tokens in the SCX Account can be used for trading.

  • Does SCX provide a wallet service for the user’s?

    Each customer receives a wallet at SCX for each cryptocurrency. This is generated when the user calls "Portfolio" in the navigation list. Customer’s wallets will be hosted by a Swiss crypto custody infrastructure with the highest standards of security and reliability, Cysec Systems, Lausanne, Switzerland.

  • What’s the wallet address?

    A wallet is a digital place for your coins to be stored. The wallet address represents a randomly generated combination of digits and letters. Each coin has a certain wallet provider. That could be official GUI-wallets, web wallets and other applications. In order for you to transact and store cryptocurrencies you need a cryptocurrency wallet with an address. On SCX each customer will receive a crypto wallet with a wallet address. You can see your own wallet address in section https://www.scx.ch/funds

  • How do I get a wallet address?

    A valid wallet address is like a bank account number using which you store your bitcoins and check your balances.

    At SCX you will receive a wallet address.

    If you would like to have a wallet outside of SCX, you can choose between different providers.

    Note that each wallet has its unique address or a tag with a private key that is required to restore your wallet if lost. SCX never asks your private keys. Store them in a safe place and never show anyone. Once private keys are stolen, your wallet with all the coins will be lost forever.

  • What's the recipient’s address?

    The recipient’s wallet address is the address where you would like the coins to send. If you would like to send your cryptocurrencies to a specific address you should ask the recipient for the wallet address.

  • What are blockchain network fees (or blockchain transaction fee)?

    The blockchain fee is a transaction fee that is charged to users when performing bitcoin transactions. The fee is collected in order to process the transaction on the network.

    For Example, on the Bitcoin Blockchain:

    You need to pay the blockchain fee to ensure your bitcoin transfers arrive in a timely manner. The blockchain fee is one of the main tools used to speed up bitcoin transactions, which are often slow due to high congestion on the Bitcoin network. The lower the blockchain fee, the lower your transaction's priority in the Bitcoin network.

  • How do I cancel my transaction (crypto to crypto)?

    If you trade crypto against crypto, the transaction can be canceled as long as no counterparty matches this order. For example, they want to trade ETH against BTC and offer it on the Exchange. As long as no other party accepts their offer, they can cancel the transaction. Transactions can be viewed under the navigation “Exchange”.
